CAREER Warehouse Manager
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring overall Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) and warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management, resource utilization, service level achievement, and cost efficiency. You will also oversee warehouse capacity, storage and distribution systems, and transportation vendors to support effective logistics operations.
In this role, you will get to
- Manage and monitor daily ASRS warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock control.
- Manage operational resources to achieve productivity and SLA targets.
- Monitor and control cost per unit to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and evaluate warehouse systems based on business needs.
- Analyze warehouse capacity and support capacity planning.
- Manage and improve distribution methods and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate transportation vendor performance.
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and integrated logistics operations.
What you will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 2 years at a managerial level.
- Experience in ASRS or automated warehouse operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution, and capacity planning.
- Experience managing SLA, productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational costs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, WMS and operational reporting tools.
- Experience in retail, distribution, or e-commerce logistics is an advantage.
- Willing to work on-site at EIGER Warehouse – Kalijati, Subang.
