CAREER Visual Merchandiser Officer (Makassar)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser Staff to ensure attractive and consistent product displays across our stores. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing visual merchandising standards including planograms, thematic window displays, mannequin styling guides, and product display consistency based on store categories to help increase customer purchase interest and enhance the overall shopping experience.
In this role, you will get to
- Monitor and review product display standardization across stores
- Create and implement store planograms based on merchandising guidelines
- Develop seasonal and thematic window display concepts
- Ensure mannequin styling and visual displays align with brand standards
- Maintain consistency of product displays according to store category and layout
- Conduct regular store visits and provide visual merchandising evaluations
- Collaborate with store operations and related teams to improve in-store presentation
What you will Need to Succeed
- Minimum D4 or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser Staff/Officer
- Experience in fashion retail industry will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of store planogram development and implementation
- Creative in developing thematic and seasonal window display concepts
- Creative mindset with strong visual awareness
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Passion for fashion, retail, and customer experience
- Willing to work on-site/field and possess a valid SIM A or SIM C
- Willing to be placed in Eiger Store in Makassar
