About the Role
As a Videographer Intern within the Learning team, you will focus on supporting video production and editing to create engaging educational and training content. This internship offers hands-on experience in filming workshops, training sessions, and instructional modules to support employee development and learning initiatives.
In this role, you will get to
- Shooting & Filming Support: Assist in recording training sessions, workshops, and educational video modules, ensuring proper camera, lighting, and audio setup.
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage, cut scenes, add clear audio balancing, and incorporate basic motion graphics or subtitles to make learning materials engaging and easy to follow.
- Collaboration with Learning Team: Work closely with the Learning & Development team to understand training objectives, storyboard concepts, and turn educational content into high-quality video assets.
What you will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree student (minimum 5th semester) or recent graduate in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Broadcasting, or a related field.
- Proficient in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
- Strong portfolio showcasing video production, camera handling, and editing skills.
- Good communication skills, high patience in editing detailed educational material, and an eye for structured storytelling.
- Willing to Work From Office (HO - Kab. Bandung)
