CAREER Talent Acquisition Intern
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume recruitment needs to help attract and secure top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, conducting initial profile screening, performing initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process all the way to successful onboarding in a fast-paced, mass-hiring environment.
In this role, you will get to
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Review incoming applications, source potential candidates across various platforms, and conduct thorough profile screenings to match volume hiring requirements.
- Initial Interviews & Assessment: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit efficiently.
- End-to-End Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules with user departments, manage high-volume candidate communications, and support administrative processes through to successful hiring.
What you will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources operations.
- Experience or familiarity with mass-hiring / volume recruitment processes is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- High attention to detail, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
