Strategic Management Office Intern
About the Role
As a Strategic Management Office Intern, you will play a central role in preparing the 2027 Planning Cycle by consolidating cross-divisional data and developing executive presentation materials. Additionally, you will drive strategic formulation by compiling macroeconomic research reports and managing daily administrative tasks to support ongoing management initiatives.
In this role, you will get to
- 2027 Planning Cycle Preparation: Assist with all technical preparations, and cross-divisional data consolidation for the annual strategy evaluation and 2027 planning event.
- Macro Research & Analysis: Compile regular research reports on current macroeconomic conditions and competitor movements to support strategic formulation.
- Strategic Administration Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including tracking company milestones, archiving strategic project documents, and preparing management meeting minutes.
What you will Need to Succeed
- Final year student or fresh graduate majoring in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Management.
- Strategic thinker with strong data analysis capabilities (able to interpret research and economic data) and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in creating engaging and easily digestible presentation materials for managerial levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Proactive, communicative, and willing to work on-site.
