About the Role
As an Organization Development Intern, you will support the team in organizational design, structure reviews, and the administration of corporate changes. This role is ideal for analytical individuals interested in understanding structural corporate governance and institutional management.
In this role, you will get to
- Organizational Structure Review: Assist in designing, reviewing, and updating company organizational charts and structures to align with business needs.
- Job Description Review: Support the process of reviewing, updating, and refining job description documents across various departments.
- Organizational Administration: Manage and process administrative tasks related to issuing structural reference letters or official organizational change documents
What you will Need to Succeed
- Final year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and high attention to detail regarding organizational and personnel documents.
- Good communication skills to coordinate cross-functionally regarding structural requirements.
- Proficient in office applications (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
- Willing to work on-site.
