About the Role
Your role as a Human Capital Intern will involve supporting the Human Capital team in developing engaging knowledge management materials.
In this role, you will get to
- Support the development of visual materials for Human Capital programs, learning initiatives, and internal communications.
- Design engaging digital and print content, including presentation materials, infographics, posters, and other creative assets.
- Collaborate with the Human Capital team to transform ideas and information into clear, visually appealing communication materials.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing Human Capital knowledge management resources to ensure information is well-structured and easily accessible.
- Contribute creative ideas to support employee engagement, learning, and organizational development initiatives while ensuring consistency with the company's branding guidelines.
What you will Need to Succeed
- Fresh Graduates in Psychology, Business Management, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating a willingness to take the initiative on design projects.
- Someone who is confident, proactive, communicative in conveying something orally or in writing.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective collaboration and good work ethics.
- Submission of a portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work.
- Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java.
