CAREER GA & Asset Manager
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for directing and controlling the company's asset management, general affairs operations, and compliance initiatives to ensure effective utilization of company resources, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth. This role serves as a strategic partner in optimizing organizational productivity, managing corporate assets, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
In this role, you will get to
- Develop and implement General Affairs and Asset Management strategiesaligned with business objectives.
- Manage company assets throughout their lifecycle, including planning,procurement, maintenance, utilization, and disposal.
- Oversee workplace facilities, office operations, security,transportation, accommodation, and supporting services.
- Ensure accurate asset administration, inventory control, and assetoptimization.
- Manage vendors and service providers to ensure quality, efficiency, andcompliance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
What you will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, BusinessAdministration, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in General Affairs, Asset Management,Facility Management, or related functions.
- Minimum 3years of experience leading teams and managing operational budgets.
- Strong knowledge of asset management, facility operations, vendormanagement, and corporate support services.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations, including stores,warehouses, and distribution centers
- Familiarity with licensing, legal compliance, labor regulations, andenvironmental regulations.
- Strong business acumen, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, operational costs, and service-levelperformance
- Willing to work on-site at Head Office Bandung.
