Financial Controller
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's budgeting and financial control processes by preparing budget plans, monitoring budget realization, and analyzing financial performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support effective decision-making and ensure the company's financial resources are managed efficiently.
In this role, you will get to
- Prepare and consolidate the company's annual budget masterplan.
- Monitor budget utilization and analyze budget versus actual performance.
- Conduct financial and cost analysis to support business decisions.
- Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reports.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure budget alignment with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and financial performance.
- Support continuous improvements in budgeting and financial control processes.
What you will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Budgeting, Financial Planning, Controlling, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial reporting or BI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the retail or distribution industry is an advantage.
- Willing to work on-site at Head Office, Kab.Bandung.
