About the Role
As an Employee & Industrial Relation Officer, you will serve as a vital bridge between management and employees to cultivate a harmonious, engaged, and compliant workplace culture. This role focuses on building strong morale through meaningful engagement events, ensuring strict adherence to labor regulations, and actively mediating workplace concerns to maintain a balanced and supportive working environment.
In this role, you will get to
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events and programs designed to build strong morale and maintain a harmonious relationship between employees and the company.
- Grievance Handling & Mediation: Act as a fair intermediary to handle, investigate, and mediate workplace issues, disputes, or grievances in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Compliance & Policy Assurance: Ensure all internal practices and employee relations align with applicable labor regulations while proactively monitoring workplace compliance.
What you will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience handling employee relations, industrial relations, or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, dispute resolution procedures, and compliance standards.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills with high empathy and objectivity.
- Strong communication abilities and experience in organizing employee engagement activities or corporate events.
