About the Role
You'll take center stage in our online store—connecting directly with customer and EIGERIAN through live product showcases, real-time Q&A, and interactive product and brand storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with our e-commerce teams to drive sales, brand love, and customer engagement across platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live.
In this role, you will get to
- Conduct Live Streams at Studios in Kab. Bandung: drive sales and engage audiences on TikTok & Shopee and to create a vibrant connection with viewers during live sessions.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, responding to comments, and creating a fun, trust-building environment.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce, and marketing teams to plan content, scripts, and promotional schedules.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and provide feedback to improve future sessions.
- Content Creation: Produce exciting and engaging short-form videos and highlights to showcase our product and EIGER brand, for social media and e-commerce platforms
What you will Need to Succeed
- Indonesian Citizen
- English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking is highly valued
- Having 1 years of experience in the same role will be advantage
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- On-Camera Confidence with expression and talk active
- Passion for Outdoors product and its activity (hike/camp/climb/sports)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live selling event schedules and during peak live hours (typically evening)
- Able to use necessary equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing software (Capcut etc), to produce high-quality, attention-grabbing content
- Work Location in Head Office Kab. Bandung
