CAREER Account Payable Staff
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable operations by ensuring accurate invoice processing, payment execution, and liability reconciliation in accordance with company policies and financial procedures. You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of financial records, supporting timely vendor payments, and ensuring effective monitoring of balance sheet accounts to contribute to the company's financial integrity and operational excellence.
In this role, you will get to
- Review and process internal invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and process payment instructions to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and business partners.
- Perform accounts payable reconciliation, including clearing outstanding liabilities and promissory notes (wessel bayar).
- Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts related to accounts payable activities.
- Verify supporting documents and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues.
What you will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice verification, payment processing, account reconciliation, and financial controls.
- Familiarity with ERP or Accounting Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the retail, distribution, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Willing to work on-site at PT Eigerindo MPI Head Office, Bandung.
