About the Activity

As a Technical Writer in the Design Arstihec team, you will play a key role in translating complex technical processes, systems, and design architecture concepts into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and system architects to ensure all IT documentation—both technical and visual—is accurate, accessible, and aligned with company standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assist in creating and organizing technical documentation related to systems, applications, and design architecture.
2. Write user guides, feature manuals, and API documentation using clear and easy-to-understand language.
3. Collaborate with the UI/UX and Developer teams to ensure technical information is accurately conveyed.
4. Help maintain consistency in format, terminology, and documentation structure across all projects.
5. Support the development of internal knowledge bases such as SOPs, workflows, and system guides.

What you'll need to Success:

1. Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Technic, or related fields.
2. Strong communication and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
3. Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and convey them clearly.
4. Familiarity with UI/UX documentation, system architecture diagrams, or API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Figma) is a plus.
5. Good understanding of design systems and IT workflows is a plus.
6. Someone who is confident, proactive, detail-oriented, and communicative both verballny and in writing.
7. Possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective collaboration and good work ethics.
8. Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java.
