Responsibility

As a Store Leader, you will be at the forefront of our retail operations, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our outdoor retail store. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive and engaging work environment for your team. Your passion for the outdoors, retail expertise, and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our store and building a loyal customer base.

  • ‍Inspire and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance performance and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Identify training and development opportunities to support the growth and career progression of your team members.
  • Drive sales growth by setting ambitious targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and monitoring performance metrics. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to maximize sales opportunities. Lead by example, actively engaging with customers and promoting our outdoor retail products.
  • Ensure a consistently outstanding customer experience by setting high standards for service, product knowledge, and engagement. Monitor customer feedback and take prompt action to address any concerns or issues. Foster a customer-centric culture within the store, instilling a sense of trust, loyalty, and satisfaction among our customer base.
  • Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized environment that reflects our brand identity. Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize product displays, drive product visibility, and create compelling in-store experiences that inspire customers.
  • Ensure efficient store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention measures. Maintain accurate records of inventory, analyze stock levels, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience within the fashion retail Industry as Store Leader or 3 Year experience as Senior Retail Associate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing/retail field
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and exhibit passion for the brand and retail industry
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
  • Have basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to communicate in more than 2 languages (English, Malaysia)
  • Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
