About the Job:
As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring all aspects of retail operations in Regional X with the goal of achieving sales targets, store health targets, product health targets, and store SSR. This includes creating a regional master plan, proposing sales plans, regional profit growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, finalizing the locations for new stores and/or lease extensions in the region, managing retail operations, and implementing promotional programs in Regional
In this role, you will get to :
- Controlling and monitoring sales strategies and productivity at the Regional level, starting from budgeting to sales planning, with the aim of achieving the company's targeted Regional revenue.
- Controlling and monitoring sales activities for products and services to customers in line with customer expectations to enhance customer satisfaction in the Regional area.
- Controlling and monitoring the analysis of feasibility study reports related to opening new stores in the Regional area, ensuring the finalization of new store locations aligns with the store opening plan.
- Controlling and monitoring market research and survey data in the Regional area under your responsibility, proposing recommendations in line with market needs to facilitate the implementation of new market development programs.
- Controlling and monitoring promotion strategies for all stores in Regional to create effective and efficient promotional programs.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor's degree in any field. Advanced degrees in Marketing is a plus.
- Proven Minimum 7 years experience in Retail Management, Sales Management
- Minimum 7 years experience in retail management or a similar leadership role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding in Retail Operation with handle multiple branch overall Indonesia.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
