About the Job:
You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and accountability in our store development projects — from construction to procurement. This role combines civil engineering knowledge with quantity surveing, requiring you to review RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya), verify area/volume calculations, and conduct on-site review to ensure that what has been planned matches the actual execution in the store.
This is a critical role for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a sharp eye for both numbers and construction details.
In this role, you will get to :
- Review Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) for store development projects.
- Verify calculations of room size, area, and volume in alignment with project plans.
- Conduct on-site review to ensure actual construction and procurement match approved plans.
- Review the purchase and installation of store development items (fixtures, shelves, AC, lighting, etc.).
- Identify and report any discrepancies between the budget plan vs. actual implementation as a findings.
- Collaborate with General Procurement Department & Store Development Department to ensure compliance with standards, quality, and cost efficiency
- Conduct site measurements, cost analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit-out, store development projects.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and interior finishes.
- Ability to draw technical drawing, Auto-Cad related to projects
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Location in Head Office Kab. Bandung.
