About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring and reviewing the implementation of system development and business process improvement initiatives, including reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, in order to ensure the successful delivery of projects in accordance with the defined Scope of Work (SOW), timeline, and budget.
In this role, you will get to :
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects to ensure alignment with project objectives, scope, and deadlines.
- Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of project implementation and performance.
- Facilitate coordination among stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
- Identify potential risks or deviations and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of business processes and system functionalities.
- Organize and conduct project socialization sessions to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with internal policies, standards, and budget constraints.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in PDCA or project management (minimum 3-5 years).
- Capable of monitoring project plans and implementation (on time, on budget, on scope)
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Microsoft 365).
- Project Management Certification is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
