Eiger Adventure (EIGER) was established in 1989 as a brand that provides equipment and gear for outdoor enthusiasts. Operating under PT Eigerindo MPI, EIGER was born in Indonesia with the aim of becoming a companion and protector for anyone who wants to explore the tropical wilderness, especially in Indonesia. EIGER also aims to promote the name of Indonesia and the quality of Indonesian products on the international stage, particularly in the fashion retail industry.

About the Activity

You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with external brands to support marketing objectives and business growth. This role involves identifying potential partners, initiating collaboration opportunities, and negotiating mutually beneficial partnerships. Through this position, you will gain hands-on experience in partnership strategy, business negotiation, and cross-brand collaboration within a dynamic corporate environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Identify and develop partnership opportunities with relevant brands and business partners.
2. Initiate, negotiate, and manage collaboration agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
3. Prepare partnership proposals and coordinate execution with internal stakeholders.
4. Conduct market and partner research to support strategic collaboration decisions.
5. Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, including reporting and improvement recommendations.

What you'll need to Success:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, or a similar role.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to identify opportunities and create value-driven collaboration concepts.
5. Proactive, confident, and result-oriented, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
7. Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung, West Java.
