About the Activity
Your role will involve assisting the Corporate Communication team, particularly in developing and executing employer branding communication plans that align with the company's strategic direction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales & Market Monitoring: Inputting and updating daily sales data, as well as monitoring prices, promotions, and competitor activities across various marketplaces and websites.
- Campaign Coordination: Creating banner requests for promotional campaigns based on specific briefs and coordinating closely with the design team for asset fulfillment.
- Data Analytics: Conducting user journey funnel analysis using Mixpanel to extract insights and optimize user behavior on digital platforms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with commercial and creative teams to ensure smooth promotional execution and alignment with business targets.
What you'll need to Success:
- Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Passionate about E-commerce or Own Platform operations, digital marketing, and data analytics.
- Familiarity or strong willingness to learn analytics tools (experience with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a major plus).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data input and monitoring.
- Good communication and collaborative skills to effectively brief creative teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung, West Java.
