About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and driving various organizational development initiatives across the company. This includes managing organizational structures, job design and evaluation, workload analysis, performance management, remuneration culture-building programs, change management initiatives, and remuneration strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring the organization remains effective, productive, and aligned with the company’s business objectives.

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering,Management, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in OrganizationDevelopment, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Improvement, HumanCapital, HR Strategy, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Organization Design, JobEvaluation, Workload Analysis, Career Management, Change Management, and Performance Management.
- Experience in implementing PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting or managing Project activitiesand organizational transformation projects.
- Knowledge of organizational design principles,job architecture, and competency frameworks..
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management,and facilitation skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to managemultiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to work on-site at Head Office Bandung.
