Eiger Adventure (EIGER) was established in 1989 as a brand that provides equipment and gear for outdoor enthusiasts. Operating under PT Eigerindo MPI, EIGER was born in Indonesia with the aim of becoming a companion and protector for anyone who wants to explore the tropical wilderness, especially in Indonesia. EIGER also aims to promote the name of Indonesia and the quality of Indonesian products on the international stage, particularly in the fashion retail industry.

About the Job

Your role will involve supporting the Employee Activities, Culture, and Campaign initiatives through the development of creative communication materials and campaign assets.

About the Activity

Your role will involve assisting the full spectrum of activities across Organization Development team

• Assist in creating design materials for SGA/ESS programs and campaigns
• Support the development of wallpapers aligned with monthly main campaigns
• Create quote designs and visual content for campaign communications
• Assist in producing video bumper materials for internal campaigns
• Participate in employee engagement and internal communication projects
• Perform administrative support related to design assets and documentation

What you'll need to Success:

1. Final semester students or Fresh Graduates in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, or related platforms)
3. Basic video editing and motion graphic skills will be an advantage
4. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
5. Someone who is confident, proactive, communicative in conveying something orally or in writing
6. Possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective collaboration and good work ethics
7. Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java.
