About the Job
We are looking for a professional Legal & Permit Officer to monitor and review the implementation of legal and permit policies related to property licensing (OSS), intellectual property rights, agreements, business permits, and asset ownership in accordance with applicable regulations to ensure all company-related permits are fulfilled.
In this role, you will get to :
- Oversee and ensure compliance with legal requirements for business permits, property licensing, and asset ownership.
- Manage and review agreements, contracts, and intellectual property rights to safeguard the company’s legal interests.
- Coordinate with government institutions and relevant authorities for permit applications, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely processing and maintenance of legal documentation to avoid business disruptions.
- Provide legal advice on matters related to licensing, business permits, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and recommend necessary actions to maintain compliance.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from an accredited university
- Capable to work independently and as part of a team
- At least 1 year of experience in the law field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge and skills related to legal permit and documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
