About the Job
As an IT Operation Technical Support Officer, you will be the linchpin of our technological infrastructure. Your mission is to provide expert technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions such as hardware, servers and networks, carrying out network configuration, local and internet network maintenance, server backup, server warranty management, network & infrastructure security, license documentation, as well as technical support services in order to support network services and IT infrastructure required by the company. you'll be the go-to person for keeping our digital landscape running smoothly.
