About the Activity

You will support the Internal Audit team in ensuring that company operations run in accordance with internal policies and compliance standards. You’ll be involved in document reviews, compliance monitoring, and assisting audit fieldwork. Through this experience, you’ll gain practical exposure to internal control processes, risk assessment, and compliance documentation within a corporate environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assist in monitoring and evaluating compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Collect and review supporting documents for internal audit activities.
3. Help identify potential non-compliance issues and prepare initial findings for audit reports.
4. Support field audit execution and follow-up on audit results.
5. Assist in updating and organizing compliance data and documentation.

What you'll need to Success:

1. Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Accounting, Management, or related fields.
2. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
3. Good understanding of company policies, regulations, and compliance principles.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
5. Someone who is confident, proactive, detail-oriented, and communicative both verballny and in writing.
6. Possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective collaboration and good work ethics.
7. Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java.
