About the Activity
Your role will involve assisting the full spectrum of activities across Human Capital - Talent Management team
- Contribute to the identification and development of high-potential talent, aligning their growth with organizational goals.
- Help in collecting and analyzing statistical data related to talent management, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Participate in various talent management projects, gaining exposure to career development, succession planning, and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation related to talent management processes.
- Work closely to provide administrative and operational support in managing talent initiatives.
What you'll need to Success:
- Final semester students or Fresh Graduates in Statistics, Mathematics Data Science or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistics, data analytics, and tools like Excel, SPSS, or similar software.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about Human Capital strategies and practices.
- Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java.
