About the Job

As a Human Capital Business Partner Officer, you'll be the bridge between our employees and EIGER organizational success. Your role will encompass overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition, development, employee relations, maintaining People within the organization and compliance.

Ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of workplace and to support the achievement of company growth (People, System, Revenue and Profit). Your strategic mindset and leadership abilities will help shape our company culture and drive our growth.

What you will Need to Succeed :

1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Management or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as HRBP, related roles, preferably within the retail industry.
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, compliance and general affairs management.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Organizational and problem-solving skills
6. Creativity and a genuine passion for the outdoors
7. Willing to be placed in EIGER Head Office, Kab. Bandung
