About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to support health, safety, and environmental implementation across EIGER stores. This role is responsible for ensuring all store operations comply with company safety standards, government regulations, and environmental practices to create a safe and sustainable working environment for employees and customers.
In this role, you will get to :
- Monitor and coordinate the overall management of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) across the company.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, internal policies, and documentation requirements (including K3 policies, SOPs, Sisdur, and HIRAC).
- Manage P2K3 administration and activities.
- Oversee Emergency Response Team (ERT) preparation, readiness, and operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and availability of all HSE facilities, tools, and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify non-compliance or improvement areas.
- Provide data-driven analysis, insights, and recommendations for enhancing store safety.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive safety awareness and training.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
- Minimum 2 year of experience as an HSE / K3 Officer (preferably in retail, FMCG, or multi-site operations)
- Holds a valid Ahli K3 Umum certification.
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Management, Operational Safety, Environmental Management, Risk Management, and Emergency Management.
- Experience in conducting HSE audits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to be placed at EIGERINDO MPI Head Office – Katapang, Kab Bandung.
