Head Of B2C Fulfilment Section (Supervisor Level)

About the Job

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational process of Fulfilment Center from online platforms (Marketplace and Ownchannel), inbound-outbound process, inventory, return including order management / Order Fulfilment. This role ensures the achievement of digital sales meets the target and provide experiential customer satisfaction.

What You'll do:

• Oversee the Inbound and putaway process of B2C products including the outbound order-to-delivery process (order processing, packing, shipping, and returning goods).
• Ensure all e-commerce orders from Marketplace Channels and Own channel are processed accurately and on time
• Initiative in providing solutions and resolving operational constraints
• Monitor SLA (Service Level Agreement) and e-commerce KPIs (shipping time, order accuracy, etc.).

‍What you will Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in e-commerce Fulfilment Center
• Profiency in using marketplace platforms and order management systems (OMS and WMS)
• Communicative, solution-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work from Eigerindo Warehouse Kalijati, Subang
