About the Job
As a Retail HCBP (Human Capital Business Partner), you will be an integral part of our HR team, supporting our retail operations with your expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. You will collaborate closely with retail leaders to ensure that our workforce is aligned with our business goals, fostering a positive work culture and driving the achievement of key performance indicators.
In This role, you will get to :
- Partner with retail leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for our retail positions. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations to ensure that we attract and retain top talent. Build and maintain strong relationships with vocational schools, recruitment agencies and talent networks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator in employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Investigate and resolve employee concerns, providing guidance to both employees and managers to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Provide guidance and coaching to retail leaders on performance management best practices, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and growth.
- Collaborate with retail leaders to identify training and development needs within the organization. Design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership capabilities, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness. Support change management initiatives and ensure effective communication throughout the retail organization.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong passion for human resources and a desire to pursue a career in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret HR data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
- Willing to be placed in EIGER Flagship Store, Medan
