About the Job:
As the Growth Customer Lead, your main responsibility is to drive growth by understanding customer behavior, personalizing engagement strategies, and optimizing key performance metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CR). You will lead initiatives in tiered customer segmentation and In-App Marketing to deliver tailored experiences that resonate with our audience. Leveraging powerful cross-channel platforms like Insider, MoEngage, and CleverTap, you’ll create targeted, data-driven campaigns that boost customer loyalty, retention, and overall brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Personalization & Segmentation: Use insights from customer behavior data to create personalized experiences and develop tiered customer segments, delivering the right message to the right audience.
- In-App Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of In-App Marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement within EIGER's own app ecosystem, using tools like MoEngage, Insider, and CleverTap.
- Campaign Optimization: Drive improvement in key performance metrics, including CTR and CR, through continuous A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization efforts. Analyze results and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Cross-Channel Engagement: Orchestrate seamless customer experiences across multiple channels by managing and aligning cross-channel engagement strategies with platforms like Insider, MoEngage, and CleverTap.
- Customer Journey Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and journey patterns, using this information to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly assess campaign metrics and customer engagement data to refine strategies and improve ROI. Provide actionable insights to drive growth across all customer touchpoints.
- Tiered Loyalty & Retention Programs: Develop and manage tiered loyalty and retention programs to foster customer loyalty and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Collaborative Growth Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and product teams to ensure all growth initiatives are in line with EIGER’s overall business objectives and customer experience goals
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience 3 years in customer growth, CRM, or digital marketing roles with a focus on personalization and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior analytics and experience in using data to drive personalized marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using customer engagement platforms like Insider, MoEngage, and CleverTap.
- Able to use various apps (Excel-Pivot-Macro, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and improving customer experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Work from Eigerindo MPI Head Office in Kab. Bandung
