About the Job
As the Global Marketing Officer, you will focus on building and maintaining strong community relations and executing dynamic offline marketing activations. Your efforts will directly contribute to amplifying EIGER’s brand presence, engaging outdoor enthusiasts, and creating unforgettable experiences that align with our mission to inspire adventure and exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Relations: Build and nurture strong connections with local and global outdoor communities, organizations, and influencers to foster brand advocacy.
- Event Management: Plan and execute impactful offline marketing events and campaigns, including product launches, outdoor gatherings, and brand activations.
- Global Outreach: Develop strategies to expand EIGER’s community engagement efforts across different regions while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
- Partnership Development: Identify and collaborate with key partners to enhance marketing efforts and broaden the reach of our initiatives.
- Campaign Coordination: Ensure all offline marketing efforts align with overarching brand strategies and contribute to achieving global marketing goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the success of offline campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate offline marketing efforts with online campaigns and other business activities.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on community relations and offline activations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with diverse audiences.
- Passion for the outdoors and an understanding of the outdoor lifestyle.
- Ability to travel as needed for events and community outreach activities.
- Willingness to travel and participate in events globally.
- Working Location in Eigerindo Head Office Kab. Bandung
