About the Job:
As the Global Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that strengthen EIGER’s global presence. You will oversee community relations and outreach programs, manage large-scale events that resonate with the outdoor community, and ensure alignment of all marketing efforts with the brand’s mission and vision. Your role is pivotal in fostering a thriving global community that shares our passion for adventure, sustainability, and exploration.
In this role, you will get to :
- Community Relations: Lead initiatives to build and nurture relationships with global outdoor communities, influencers, partners, and organizations to amplify brand engagement.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, activations, and experiences that inspire and connect with our audience while promoting EIGER’s products and values.
- Global Strategy Development: Design and implement global marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, community growth, and sales performance across diverse regions.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation of impactful campaigns that align with the brand’s identity and resonate with outdoor enthusiasts globally.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand global market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies, using insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing efforts reflect EIGER’s commitment to adventure, quality, and sustainability.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a leader in marketing, community relations, or event management, preferably in the outdoor or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with communities.
- Knowledge of outdoor activities and a strong appreciation for the outdoor lifestyle.
- Willingness to travel and participate in events globally.
- Working Location in Eigerindo Head Office Kab. Bandung
