About the Job
You're role as Asset Section Head is to lead and oversee company asset management operations across stores and head office facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring all company assets are properly recorded, maintained, monitored, and utilized effectively to support smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in asset control, inventory management, and operational coordination within a multi-site business environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage end-to-end asset management activities for store assets and head office assets.
- Ensure accurate asset recording, tagging, tracking, movement, maintenance, and disposal processes.
- Monitor asset utilization and conduct regular asset audits across all operational locations.
- Develop and improve asset management SOPs, policies, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding asset procurement, transfer, repair, and replacement.
- Maintain accuracy of asset databases and documentation.
- Analyze asset-related data and provide recommendations for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Ensure company assets are well maintained and aligned with operational standards.
- Manage and supervise asset team performance and development.
- Collaborate with Finance, GA, Procurement, and Operational teams regarding asset control and compliance.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Asset Management, Inventory Control, General Affair, or related functions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership or supervisory level.
- Strong understanding of fixed asset management and operational asset control.
- Experience handling multi-location/store assets will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and asset management systems.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be place at Eigerindo MPI Head Office, Kab. Bandung
