Import Purchasing Scope of Work:
- Monitor and review support activities for the procurement of imported finished goods, including creating PO, following up on production processes with suppliers, evaluating forwarder performance and shipment routes, updating customs regulations, and port management according to import practices.
- Document import processes (forwarder contracts, permits, customs, etc.) to provide effective and efficient procurement services for imported finished goods according to company standards.
Export Scope of Work:
- Perform administrative processes including following up end-to-end processes, export shipment documentation, and finalizing payment submissions for export costs.
- Perform administrative processes and follow up on the reception process and documentation in the destination country for DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) price term.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Export Import Purchasing/Procurement in Product/Consumer Goods.
- Proficient in customs activities, regulations, and procedures (handling custom clearance and other import documents).
- Proficient in export activities, regulations, and procedures from Indonesia and importation in destination countries (Southeast Asia, Europe).
- Experienced in data processing using (Ms. Excel, SAP).
- Ability to coordinate with various related functions in the export process (internal and external).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Willing to be placed at Eiger Head Office - Soreang, Kab. Bandung.
