About the Job
you will be responsible for reviewing/monitoring all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) service activities, leverage your technical expertise to design and implement solutions that meet our organization's needs.
Starting from preparing reports on Help Desk ticket handling, ERP Blueprint, Functional Specification Design, User Role Matrix, System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT), database updates and role authorization in order to develop organization's needs.
