About the Activity

Your role will involve assisting the full spectrum of activities across Customer Service Department.

  • Support the handling and resolution of customer issues (product loss, complaints, and order discrepancies) across marketplace platforms.
  • Assist in managing dispute processes, including data preparation, submission, and monitoring to ensure high success rates.
  • Monitor and report back order cases from own platform and marketplaces, ensuring follow-up within SLA (1x24 hours).
  • Track and manage order cancellations, identify trends, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and collaborate with internal teams to improve issue resolution and prevent recurring customer problems.

What you'll need to Success:

  1. Final semester students or Fresh Graduates in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  2. Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating a willingness to take the initiative on design projects.
  3. Someone who is confident, proactive, communicative in conveying something orally or in writing
  4. Possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective collaboration and good work ethics
  5. Submission of a portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work, especially projects related to brand communication, product promotion and event promotion.
  6. Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java.
