Eiger Adventure (EIGER) was established in 1989 as a brand that provides equipment and gear for outdoor enthusiasts. Operating under PT Eigerindo MPI, EIGER was born in Indonesia with the aim of becoming a companion and protector for anyone who wants to explore the tropical wilderness, especially in Indonesia. EIGER also aims to promote the name of Indonesia and the quality of Indonesian products on the international stage, particularly in the fashion retail industry.

About the Activity

Your role will involve assisting the Employer Branding team, particularly in developing and executing employer branding communication plans that align with the company's strategic direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in creating and managing content plans related to employer branding, company culture, and employee storytelling.
2. Supporting campaign execution across various channels (social media and website).
3. Conducting research and benchmarking on employer branding trends and creative communication strategies.
4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to collect stories, data, and insights for corporate communication materials.
5. Supporting documentation, design coordination, and reporting for ongoing branding initiatives.

What you'll need to Success:

1. Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Design, or a related field.
2. Passionate about content creation, storytelling, and employer branding.
3. Creative thinker with good writing and visual communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) is a plus.
5. Someone who is confident, proactive, detail-oriented, and communicative both verballny and in writing.
6. Possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective collaboration and good work ethics.
7. Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java.
