About the Job

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing BI solutions that transform data into actionable insights. Using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL, you'll create reports, dashboards, and optimize data flow to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and help drive business performance through effective data management.

What you will Need to Succeed

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role at least for 3 years.
3. Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), strong SQL skills, and experience with ETL processes are essential to managing and visualizing data effectively.
4. Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
