About the Job:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee and manage all operational sales and service activities at our retail branches. Your role will involve implementing initiatives to increase Gross Profit After Direct Cost(GPADC) through strategic sales programs, improving customer experience, conducting internal branch audits, conducting feasibility studies for market trends and new store locations or lease extensions, controlling Stock to Sales Ratio(SSR), building relationships with government entities, institutions, and other organizations/groups, and ensuring the successful execution of operational management activities to achieve sales targets, store health targets, product health targets, and SSR targets at the Branch.
In this role, you will get to :
- Develop and execute sales programs to increase GPADC and achieve sales targets.
- Implement customer experience improvement programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct internal branch audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies to recommend market trends and new store locations or lease extensions.
- Control Stock to Sales Ratio (SSR) to optimize inventory management.
- Buildstrong relationships with government entities, institutions, and otherorganizations/groups.
- Ensurethe realization of excellent operational management activities to achieveBranch targets.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven minimum 5 years of experience in branch management or retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in conducting feasibility studies and recommending market trends and new locations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and controlling Stock to Sales Ratio (SSR).
