We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Ads Performance Officer to join our E-Commerce team. This role is responsible for monitoring and reviewing digital advertising activities across Own Platforms and Marketplaces. The primary focus is to implement effective push traffic strategies, manage advertising budgets efficiently, and analyze ad performance by account. The ultimate goal is to drive targeted traffic and maximize GMV contribution from the accounts handled.
In this role, you will get to :
- Monitor and evaluate digital advertising initiatives on Own Platforms and Marketplaces.
- Execute and optimize push traffic strategies to increase brand visibility and conversions.
- Manage ad spend effectively in line with allocated budgets.
- Review and analyze ROAS and other key performance metrics across all managed accounts.
- Provide performance insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising activities with overall marketing goals.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, preferably in E-Commerce.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of ROAS and traffic generation strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and result-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
